Rev. Elizabeth Dilley serves as Minister to Ministers in Local Churches on the Ministerial Excellence, Support and Authorization (MESA) Ministry Team in the national offices of the United Church of Christ. In this role, she facilitates relational investments for long-term clergy health, working with Committees on Ministry, Associations, Conferences, and clergy affinity groups to support and hold accountable our authorized ministers. Prior to this, Rev. Dilley served a small, Open and Affirming congregation in Red Oak, Iowa for nine years. She lives in Cleveland with her spouse (a hospital chaplain), their five-year-old daughter, and two loveable and crazy dogs.
